Fantastic set of bands. Various sizes, distinct colors, great price point. Comes with exercises!
You can see in this listing and from my photos that these resistance bands vary in width. This was a new thing for me as the ones I've been using were given to me by a physical therapist and are very thin and wide, while having differing resistances. But here's what I like about these. Firstly, you get a small diagram of various exercises you can do with these bands. This is important in my opinion because not everyone has a book or pamphlet on how to use these. You can immediately see which bands have higher resistance. If not by color, by width. This means they are quick to access for various exercises you want to do. Example, I do shoulders with the next to widest band. But I do arm pulls with the next to lowest band for a specific exercise. I also do these outside (see photos) by looping the band around a pole on my deck for arm exercises. This is easier than tying a knot on my pole with the product the PT gave me. While the thinnest band seems a little less stout, the rest seem hefty enough to last a long time. I have no cons to these. I haven't had one break yet and if they get nasty, I think they should be easy to wash. 2 thumbs up for this product. Especially for the price! Don't underestimate what you can do with these bands. I have built significant strength in weak knees, hips, arms, and shoulders with resistance bands which is exactly what I use these for.

Great variety, quality and perfect for my routine. It seems to be durable as well even though I’ve only had a few weeks now. I like the colors and the pricing seemed fair.

I ordered these in add into my home and travels workouts. The different sizes are great and it even comes with a little poster of exercise you can do. The resistance seems to be good for each size and they are nice and thick.

I can't fathom how this brand has as many positive reviews for these bands as they do. I'm a personal trainer and I've used a lot of different bands over the years. These are terrible quality. The resistance has a weird feel when lengthening and the recoil resistance almost disappears immediately as the bands are shortening. It doesn't have the same gradual increase and decrease of tension like other bands have. I can't imagine these would last very long without breaking, and they certainly aren't going to give a great workout result if the tension isn't dialed in right. I do not recommend these. For an extra $5 to $10 you can find much better bands on Amazon than these.
