    Not all calcium supplements are created equal. Do your research. There are certain 'cheap' types of calcium that you want to stay away from as they can harm the body. This is why I chose this particular item to buy, as the type of calcium and other ingredients meet my satisfaction! Next up is…these pills are quite large, so you must only swallow one at a time. The dosage is large. For me, I am only taking 2 pills 3 times a week! Everyone is different, so your needs will vary from mine. Again, I can't specify this enough…so your research and read the ingredient labels. If you don't know what something is, research that as well. Solgar is a great company and has great products, I highly recommend.
