Why does the diffuser stop and start while running?

This is normal. The diffuser uses programmed mist-and-pause cycles based on the selected intensity level. It may spray for about 30 seconds and then pause before starting again. This helps control fragrance intensity and oil consumption.

What should I do if the pump runs but no mist or scent comes out?

Keep it upright and use the included 5 V/2 A adapter. Check the oil level, tube and nozzle. Use only compatible oil-based fragrance or essential oils; never add water or alcohol-based liquids.

Does it require water, and what oils can I use?

No water is required. Use compatible oil-based essential oils or fragrance oils. Avoid water-based or alcohol-based fragrance liquids, as they may not atomize correctly and can result in little or no mist.

Can the diffuser run continuously for 24 hours?

No. The available timer settings are 1, 4 and 8 hours, and 8 hours is the maximum single operating cycle. The diffuser stops automatically when the selected cycle ends and must be restarted for another cycle.

How large a space can it scent?

Designed for spaces up to 1,000 sq. ft. Actual coverage and scent intensity vary with layout, airflow, ceiling height, mist level and oil formula. Start low in smaller rooms and adjust as needed.
